Greg Hanna, one of our facilities management workers, has announced his retirement, effective August 10. Greg began working at St. Francis on May 20, 2015. He could often be heard affectionately calling people “dude” when he talked with them. He always arrived early in the morning and put in a hard day’s work, no matter what tasks faced him. From landscape work to setting up rooms for meetings, Greg has always been a team player. He is a familiar sight at the Saturday 5 pm Mass with his wife, Suzanne, his mother, Gloria, and other family members. We wish him well as he begins this next phase of his life to spend more time with his family. We know he will keep this St. Francis of Assisi community close in his heart, “…for the LORD, your God, is with you wherever you go” (Joshua 1:9).
