Rose Mary Schoenmakers

Rose Mary is survived by her daughter Vikki DeLeon, grandchildren David DeLeon and Ali Fernandez and great grandchildren Mathieu Bernal and Lania DeLeon, Brother Adolph Ramirez and his wife Leli, sister’s Beatrice Ramirez, Sylvia Alonzo, Gloria Ramirez and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Patricio and Francisca Ramirez, sister and brother-in-law Irene and Rudy Casias and brothers Joe and Louis Ramirez.

Throughout her life Rose Mary had many health challenges and difficulties. Her faith in God always brought her comfort and helped her face her illness with grace and courage. When she was feeling well her laughter could be heard throughout the house. She was always ready for adventure like sky diving, zip lining or shooting rattlesnakes. She had a keen interest in travel, a good eye for color and decorating, enjoyed gardening and loved to go to the movies and watch Wendy Williams on TV. She retired after 30 years with AT&T.

Above all Rose Mary loved her family. Her most treasured time was spent as Grandma Rose to her grandchildren and GG to her great grandchildren. She had a generous heart and was always looking for ways to help her family and friends.

Rose Mary will be remembered for her kind and loving ways. We will miss you Rose.
