To Celebrate a Life of Love: Daniel “Dan” Humbert

October 18, 1962-June 20, 2018

Daniel “Dan” Humbert went home to be with the Lord on June 20, 2018. He will be greatly missed by his beloved wife of 31 years, Eileen; their sons, Daniel and Brian; his father, Herman; his four siblings, Mary, Joseph, Kathleen, Rebecca; and numerous nieces and nephews. Dan was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and godfather. His family and friends will miss him dearly. Daniel lived life to the fullest and was proud of the legacy he created with his wife and sons. Dan honorably served his country in the U.S. Army and after his service became a teacher. Dan loved camping, the outdoors, and traveling. He and his family visited Germany, Ireland, and Italy and went on numerous camping trips in and around Texas and across the country. Dan always welcomed and loved the frequent visits from friends, family, and colleagues. He will be remembered for his deep devotion to the Catholic faith, love of his family, his sense of humor, passion for camping, cars, motorcycles, and music.
