Our Priorities: Talk To Us

Archbishop Gustavo has as asked each parish within the Archdiocese of San Antonio to determine their own parish goals in relation to the three Pastoral Priorities proclaimed in 2013.  These priorities include:

• The New Evangelization: Preparing the Good News with joy, zeal and renewed spirit.
• Catechesis and Formation: Growing in our Faith and knowledge of Jesus Christ.
• Youth and Young Adults: Emerging Disciples of Christ.

For the past several months, the Pastoral Council and the office staff have collaborated with parishioners to identify these parish priorities for the next two years. Our success in accomplishing these goals depends highly on that same collaboration of the Pastoral Council, the staff, and parishioners.

As Pastoral Council, we ask every ministry and organization to review how their missions currently advance, or will advance, these goals. Additionally, we ask individual parishioners to reflect on their part in reaching these goals. What can you, your organization, or your ministry do to participate in advancing our priorities?
