Adult Confirmation Registration
St. Francis is offering a course to prepare baptized adults for Confirmation. This preparation course is for those who have received the sacrament of Baptism and Eucharist in the Catholic Church but have not been Confirmed into the Catholic Church. It is also open to those interested in knowing more about the Catholic faith. The course is taught on Tuesday evenings from 7 pm to approximately 9 pm. Classes begin on Sunday, April 23 in the St. Anthony Room on the first floor of the San Damiano Building. There will be six classes in all. To register, please click here to download a pdf version of the registration form that you can turn in to the parish office.
In addition to being baptized in the Catholic Church, adults must have a sacramentally valid marriage in the Catholic Church, if married, to be confirmed. If you have questions about your marriage or this Confirmation course, please contact Deacon Johnny at jflores@sfasat.org or call the parish office at 210.492.4600.
Those wishing to receive all three Sacraments of Initiation—Baptism, Confirmation, and Communion—should contact Larry Perry at the parish office regarding the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA).
