St. Francis is offering a course to prepare baptized adults for Confirmation. This preparation course is for those who have received the sacrament of Baptism in the Catholic Church but have not been Confirmed into the Catholic Church. It is also open to those interested in knowing more about the Catholic faith. The course is taught on Tuesday evenings from 7 pm to approximately 9 pm in the Emmaus Room on the first floor of the San Damiano Building. Classes began on August 17 and will run through October 5. Even though this series of classes has already begun, those who are interested are still invited to register and Deacon Johnny Flores will reach out to you. To register, please fill out the form below or click here to download a pdf version of the registration form that you can turn in to the parish office.
In addition to being baptized in the Catholic Church, adults must have a sacramentally valid marriage in the Catholic Church, if married, to be confirmed. If you have questions about your marriage or this Confirmation course, please contact Deacon Johnny Flores at email@example.com or call the parish office at 210.492.4600.
Those wishing to receive all three Sacraments of Initiation—Baptism, Confirmation, and Communion—should contact Sister Rose Kruppa at the parish office regarding the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA).
